My passion for green living and designing healthy environments led my husband and I to created Asheville Green Cottage, a place to rest and relax in beautiful Asheville, North Carolina. We relocated to Asheville after falling in love with the beautiful mountains, and its delightful community committed to sustainable living.
We opened Asheville Green Cottage Bed and Breakfast in Fall of 2006. It’s a unique, and very green, place to stay.
Whether you are chemical, fragrance or smoke sensitive, or focused on living a more sustainable lifestyle, you will enjoy Asheville Green Cottage. All the rooms are painted and outfitted with healthy and earth-friendly materials and products. Each "internationally themed" room has a queen-sized natural latex foam mattress, and its own private full bath, with healthy body care products and a chlorine filtering shower heads.
And we operate the bed and breakfast serving local and organic foods to meet every dietary need, and cleaning with products that have the lowest impact on the planet and everyone living here.
Asheville Green Cottage has been featured in a number of publications and has been called one the US’s Top Ten Green Hotels by Forbes Magazine. We are members of the International Green Hotels Association and are NC Green Travel Certified.
